    When a kit comes partially complete and you end up stopped and have to look around it cost times and money.

    If the product was good it would be complete!!!! NOTE* the order I just did... I now need to stop because the fuel injector seal kit was not complete!!! Missing the 8 round rings that go on each in injector. Now it is time lost waiting for the kit to come in and also money lost as I need to pay my mechanics by the 8 hour day. If they work 5 hours I need to pay as I am reserving them to come to my shop by the day and not by the job. I would make sure all your suppliers when they furnish kits and that those "kits" within a larger kit are complete.... I the ad it didn't state there maybe items in the kit that are not complete!!!!
