The description said "heater element not included" which is what I was expecting. The cover, however, showed up with a heating element with an incompatible connector. It was a simple task to take the Mercedes-Benz connector from the old seat and splice it onto the heating element using small wire nuts and electrical tape. Otherwise, everything was as expected. I've installed several of these for clients and they are well made.
