The strut lower bolt hole cant be aligned with steering knuckle. The cause is the strut part that aligns with the steering knuckle lip, it is 3/16 inch wider. I had to grind the plate on the strut down to install. 1997 nissan pathfinder 4x4 SE. I did not have time to send back and wait weeks. Someone needs to get s 1997 original strut and knuckle and compare with what is being sold.
