I ordered a tailgate for my son’s 2009 Ford F150 and received it in quick time. The box had no signs of issues but the tail gate had a small dent which happened during shipping. Rather than send a dented tail gate back to store I had the auto body shop fix it. It cost an extra $200 for the fix and $100 for paint. The awesome people at The Bumper Outlet reimbursed me the cost of the dent fix with providing a picture of tail gate and auto body shop invoice. Well done!

nice fit easy to install. Fast delivery well packaged. If you are ordering a tail gate with the step make sure you you save the access panel from your old tail gate. I found it very hard to find that panel for tail gate with the step in metal. it was even hard to find it in plastic. All and all they are a great. Company to deal with. you can call them directly and talk to a person and very helpful. I highly recommended this company. A+.
