These boxes did not leave the warehouse soaking wet. We also weren't dismissive of the truth, we were explaining that our facility is an actual warehouse with industrial HVAC and dehumidifiers. Due to many steel parts, the facility is left at a 30% humidity level to prevent flash rust as best as possible. Thankfully pictures were uploaded by the buyer. If these items did leave our warehouse with long-term moisture exposure, you would see rusted hardware on the struts, which is not the case.
