This ebay seller had a great price on an item we needed at our shop. Order placed Oct 19, 2023 at 11:02 AM. We sent them an ebay message in the evening of Oct 24th to try and get a tracking number. They responded the next day to tell me that they didn't have the item and it would be 2-3 weeks until they had more. Seller needs to be better about communicating with buyers if they don't have an item in stock. All you had to do was message and tell us you didn't have the item in stock. Poor service.
