I was not overly impressed by customer service, however in the end I feel that I was fairly compensated. The tailgate I purchased was delivered within 3 days but was no where close to matching my trucks color and had an avalanche paint run across the middle of the panel. To resolve the issue, I wasted an entire morning trying to locate a local body shop to repaint the tailgate. MBI then refunded me the quoted amount for the repaint but no compensation for my time, fuel, etc.
