We opened an inquiry with AEM immediately following the buyer's complaint. AEM's warranty department is sending a replacement pipe adapter, buyer thinks the part was left out purposely. We've been in constant communication with him on a daily basis, but buyer is unwilling to be patient while we get this resolved.

Too many emails back and forth for them to get their stuff together and still after about a month finally got my money back. I would not deal with these folks again.
