Customer service with this vendor is excellent. The first radiator that I received, the box was open and some of the cooling fins were damaged. The vendor responded to my email messages the within a two hours of sending. The vendor shipped out a replacement radiator and I received it within 3 days. The replacement was delivered in a sealed box and the radiator was in pristine condition. I have not had the opportunity to install the radiator on my 1997 Deville. Once installed, I will update.

They were to pick up original damaged item and have not and then delivered the package to my neighbor rather than the address clearly marked on the box.
