Item not as rigid as shown, was delivered with several imperfections. Notified seller, only to be met with rude accusations and ignorance, by definition. Seller gave impression of awesome customer service but was short lived. Recommend saving up a little longer and going for the full fledged ranch hand brand if considering this seller (like I did) as the cheaper alternative. Not worth the money saved.
