Works great
I've used several of these in the past. I have one with over 150,000 miles on it and it still works great. If you can put up with the occasional popping and jerking then this is for you. Works great off road and will not slip. The popping and jerking is less noticeable with an automatic transmission. Only one problem with this one. I had to use a pencil grinder to open up 2 of the holes that the springs go in. For some reason they were not machined just right and I couldn't get the springs in before opening them up. easy install, works great!
Super easy to install and works extremely well. I hear complaints with the lock right for a street driven vehicle but i haven't had a single issue with it. street manners are very nice for a $400 unit. I used heavy weight oil and can hardly hear the ratcheting from in the cab. locks up when i want it to and free wheels when i dont. my only gripe is that something this simple should be closer to $300 in my opinion. however, the pro's far outweigh the cons.Super easy to install and works extremely well.
