The first reservoir was damaged from the shipping. The seller agreed to send another one and told me to trash the damage item. However, after two weeks went by I haven't receive the replacement unit. They said the item was stuck at the hub location and either continue to wait for it or send the old one back for refunds. The associate is not consistent with process and what happens if I really throw out the damage item then I will be stuck with it. Another associate took over and send out another
