Need some minor adjustment to fit
When installing this condenser, it would not initially bolt up as the original. I was installing the unit on a 2005 Hyundai XG350. There are two mounting tabs on the condenser along its side that must align up with two holes on the side of the radiator. When bolted together, this provides the condenser with support near its bottom. The holes on the driver's side of the condenser did not align properly. While there was no damage to the outside packaging, the tab on the new condenser was bent out of alignment just slightly. When squared up as the original condenser, the tab holes would still not align with the holes in the radiator. Using a Dremel tool, I had to elongate the hole on the condenser to be able to bolt through the radiator hole on the driver's side. the passenger side ... When installing this condenser, it would not initially bolt up as the original. I was installing the unit on a 2005 Hyundai XG350. Using a Dremel tool, I had to elongate the hole on the condenser to be able to bolt through the radiator hole on the driver's side. the passenger side aligned perfectly. This was not a big issue for me other than the hassle of installing the unit the first time only to find the misalignment of the holes and having to remove the condenser and elongate the hole. These two bolts are very difficult to get to thereby making the need to make this adjustment even more aggravating. Measuring the center of the two holes on the original and this replacement resulted in a difference of about 1/8" center to center after squaring up the tab. Before squaring up the tab, the difference was about 3/16". It was not worth sending the unit back. Easier to make the adjustment and continue the installation. Otherwise the unit fits well. Be aware, it does not come with new O-rings for the High and Low pressure lines to attach to the condenser manifold. Other than that, so far so good....
