Carpet width is too short and color does not match the OEM "Royal Blue". Sent pictures but they want more pictures... seems like they are just dragging it out... also very thin carpet. Nothing like other ACC carpet that I have purchased in the past.

They produce a consistently high-quality carpet that exhibits excellent fitment when properly installed. Most buyers give the quality A+ rating. We do recommend in our listing asking for free samples if color matching is important. Request for more photos was from ACC for review of your fitment issue, not a delay ploy.
