To clarify, We shipped this product to Florida, not Brazil. The customer re-shipped it to Brazil after receipt, and it was damaged by their carrier. They demanded we issue them a refund and take liability for the shipment that they arranged and tendered that we had no part in. Had this been damaged in transit from us to the customer, the customer would have received a refund or replacement.

    Great Pads

    Had Hawk pads before and l really like them. They were less expensive than any ones I found locally and work great. Used ceramic pads on all my replacements and I like the Hawk brand.
