    Didn’t work

    Wouldn’t program to my 2005 Cobalt, so I returned them. Using a professional scan tool as well, they seem to be of decent quality, but they’re built slightly different internally compared to the original remotes. I’m guessing too cheap of an imitation to actually work

    get a good programming tool first, then buy 4 of these

    programmed for 2010 cobalt using an xtool d7 (that you can buy on ebay). both times i bought a pair, i got a good one and a bad one. both times these dudes made it right. now i have four working fobs. before i had none. cost me under 30$ to program with a diagnostic tool that cost me under 400$, which in total is about what you'd pay for a locksmith or dealer to provide them.

    Key FOB

    The key fobs I purchase are not programmable by the consumer. I have to take them to a locksmith in order to program. No real money saved by the time you pay a locksmith to program.
