Requires repair before use
This item, a GMC dash cubby, fit perfectly and is made of fairly heavy ABS, so it'll likely hold up fine over time. But, not shown in the (upside down) photo, are missing sections adjacent to each upper and lower mounting tab. They're basically square holes about the size of a dime through the top and bottom of the box where any small item can easily pass and fall directly into the interior of your dashboard. Using some scrap plastic I had to glue a patch in place, at least covering over the bottom hole, before it was worth installing. This is clearly the result of a defective mold design so whoever is fabricating these is no doubt making them all this way. At least with the one I received quality control is seriously lacking but so long as you're willing to fix this problem before using ... Sturdy and closes the eyesore space!
Replaced my wife’s original radio! It was a huge 2 tier. Her new radio is a one tier. Not only does it provide an extra cubby for her many things, it also helps stabilize the radio! The radio isn’t made to be compatible in the least but I’m a shade tree mechanic and make it work! Lol
