This fit perfectly on my rx73 for the transmission belt that’s mounted above the rear differential, it’s pretty much a direct replacement for the original but I did have to modify the spacer from the old idler pulley to fit in the internal diameter as the hole in the center of this one is about 1mm smaller than the factory one
