Everything arrived and looked great. The air filter looked identical to my old one but when I tried to install it, the diameter on the opening of the new filter was too small and it would not fit into the filter housing. I emailed the complaint and received a quick apology for the inconvenience and was quickly issued a refund. Now that's customer service.
