This item does not fit like the OEM part, the wiring is under the part, so when you put the screws in to mount it the frame the wiring will get smashed underneath the part and makes it hard to line the screw holes up, do not recommend as a replacement for the OEM model number 8RH2004E.

Part does not match the photo. I ordered it because the fan and pulley were gold, the unit I received is silver. Now I gotta buy another one from someone else. Also strange how eBay won't allow negative feedback on this seller. Gotta wait seven days. Must be protected..... Sick of buying things that don't match the photo.
