I love Xbox since the first gen mainly for the Halo series. I remember getting hook on the game because of the split screen and co-op play and bought this Xbox for that purpose, but was thoroughly disappointed that the latest Halo franchise decided to remove this option. Now me and my son (who request this console for to play Halo 5) could not share the great game moments like I had before with my friends/roommates. This is in no way a hit on Xbox, just a rant on the game developer decision. I also purchase the latest COD franchise of WW2, but then remember that I have to fork out a monthly expense for the PRIVILEGE to play online as I would with my PC version. Sure the graphics are unbelievable, but multiplayer is where the users get their bang for their buck. Now that is a rant against Microsoft for their greed to nickle and dime their customers. Now as for the actual console itself, it is an amazing product. Sleek, beautiful and clean, and the ability to play some of the Xbox 360 games, as well as the fantastic graphics. All in all, the cost of the console does not make sense when you are like me and hate the stupid monthly subscription to play online. If I let my bias against this extra cost, I would have given this console 3 1/2 star, but that is unfair for the the console itself and thus give it a 4 stars instead. So if you like graphics and beautiful work of art in a gaming world, this console is for you as well as pretty much any other modern console. Happy gaming, good luck and have fun.Read full review
