Despite his high ratings, he is the worst seller i've encountered in eBay. Won auction but seller asking for additional money outside eBay (clearly against eBay policy). declined to pay extra and the seller doesn't ship the item for over 6 days and ignores your messages. Had to seek help from eBay. Terrible seller.
