after receiving the item and reading the operating instructions, I believe it will work well for a single operator, but not multiple operators/ employees. have requested to return item. no fault of seller other than in description they should include a copy of the instructions. it would certainly have made my decision to not purchase this item easier, and to look for something more multiple operators/ employees friendly. thanks steve
