Unfortunately the item that I received was not as shown in the listing photos. The bag came with a completely different strap that didn't work for my purposes. When I reached out, the seller stated that they use stock photos and did not offer any help.

I sold the Burberry bag to this NEW Ebay member for $50 dollars less. And when she contacted me I told her the strap I sent her was leather instead. She didn't say anything, But then left me negative feedback without trying to resollve HER ISSUE. Don't deal with NEW & OVER DEMANDING Ebayers who want EVERYTHING!
