I had to contact seller one week after the purchase because the item hadn't shipped yet. A month after supposedly shipping the item, it hasn't arrived yet. I contacted the seller and received no response. I only heard from the seller after reporting the issue to ebay. Then I heard from the seller just to tell me no shipping information could be provided. I requested refund but did not receive it after I again contacted ebay to report it. Very bad experience.
