I contacted the seller before leaving feedback and the seller was not much help and tried to convince me that this brown color ponytail was the color glazed strawberry I contacted the seller instantly after i made purchase to make sure that “Glazed Strawberry” was the strawberry blonde color from the pictures and the seller told this was correct …. But I receive my order and this is a brown ponytail so why would the seller lie to me and say this is blonde! More like “Chocolate Strawberry”! 😡
