not good. zero communication. made the purchase in late march and almost a month goes by. item was not shipped. attempted to contact via ebay, personal email, and phone. no response. i understand sometimes life happens and you must step away from your business. however, a simple follow up regarding a delay is all thats needed. had to file a case and get a refund.
