I did not know that "cull quality" meant meltdown grade absolute trash that no one would ever buy back, with a top premium of course. No self respecting business would ship this kind of garbage to its customers, and no self respecting business would refrain from bannering this as a headline to warn customers.

The item was clearly listed as a Cull coin with the item condition described as, "Coins that grade Cull are coins that are off quality, they can be cleaned, polished, plated, scratched, gouged or holed."
