Product Information
This 60 quart pizza mixer is powered by a heavy-duty 2.7 HP switched reluctance motor. This mixer comes standard with two fixed agitator speeds. It also comes with shift-on-the-fly controls which allows the operator to change the speeds while the mixer is still running. This machine has a 50-minute SmartTimer which provides accurate results and eliminates overmixing. The automatic time recall option remembers the last time set for each speed and is also great for making multiple batches of food. The bowl guard for this machine has a heavy-duty stainless steel wire front and a solid stainless steel rear portion. The front portion of the guard rotates easily to add ingredients and to install or remove the agitator. The guard detaches easily in seconds for cleaning in the dishwasher or in the sink. The bowl guard must be in the closed position before the mixer will operate. The bowl may be raised or lowered by the fingertip control through the conveniently located switch.
