After I purchased the item the Seller contacted me to tell me the item was “incorrectly listed and would I like to have the order cancelled/refunded”. I opted for refund. Seller claims they haven’t received the $$ so there’s nothing to refund” meanwhile both PayPal and EBay confirm the bonified transaction with appropriate confirmations.
Seller is untrustworthy and appears to be scamming me. Seller has been reported to both EBay and PayPal for fraudulent listing and uncooperative behavior

My item was mistakenly listed as Medium instead of Small. Everything else is not true. I tried to issue a refund instantly, but eBay is holding the funds unless I issue a refund with a credit card for funds I did not receive. I spoke with one eBay representative who said they would fix everything and did nothing. Then, a second representative said they couldn't do anything either. eBay's policies and actions are becoming unreasonable. Now, after 20 years, I get undeserved negative feedback.
