They have been sitting for a few weeks, so there is some dust. These tanks can be easily cleaned and used without a liner for potable water storage, rain collection, geothermal capture, distillery or industrial food processing facilities. There is no liner in it, it was not needed for the filtered potable geothermal well water that these tanks captured for cooling and bottling.”
