Wow. Just, Wow. If you are looking for a Hinoki cypress cutting board, look no further. I started engaging with Eiji one week ago about the size board I was looking for. A week later, it is in my hands in Berkeley, CA all the way from Osaka, Japan, including with the extra logo wood burned into the face side. The wood it self is the softestest I've ever felt!
