I settled on 1 out of 4 that maybe classifies as NM. $5 for a playset of these, woof. 3 had numerous nicks, irreparable scuffs, and edgewear. I get conditioning is arbitrary but NM should be near-universal in definition. Ethical fortitude of a vendor is directly proportional to the leniency they give NM as it applies to their inventory. Using NM this loosely is just deceitful to offload inventory. The pics are a fraction of the total surface area I graded and I omit rear sides completely

We are sorry that the condition of the cards is not up to Near Mint standards. We do our best to send out the correct cards but occasionally errors do happen. You mention "deceit" and "ethical fortitude" in regards to a grading mistake, but ethics are also measured by how a seller responds to an error. You have not reached out to us, but please know that if you had reached out, AND now, we will happily accept a return for refund or replacement.
