Item did not picture several defects in listing photos. Was listed as new. Box not secure and a sticky spot on the front. Price was good, and was shipped well. Constrictive criticism: more photos of the product could prevent this in the future.

The item was brand new - I just failed to remove the sticky residue from the price tag - easy fix with a little goo gone.

The item that was shipped was exactly what was shipped. Never understood why they were saying this. And we did answer the emails, several of them. He posted this before we even had the opportunity to do anything.
