Great communication, fast shipping and item arrived as described. Note that the lens wasn't packed with nearly enough padding (when I picked it up, I could hear the lens knocking against the inner walls of the box due to loose packing materials and excessive empty space), but it luckily arrived unbroken, so no harm, no foul.
