I had a good experience and communication dealing with this eBay seller.
The range arrived rapidly, undamaged, and in the original container.
I just wish Viking Range LLC would improve their assembly line quality control process.
I had to reinstall missing hardware, correct metal bends that should have been accomplished before the range left the factory.
Other than the above, I love this new Viking Range.
