This may be the ideal way of re-watching rvb 6-8; without endcard interruptions and ads. Discs also include somewhat more obscure, but lore-important rvb media, including the 'Recovery 1' mini-series included on season 6's disc.

Where the Blood Gulch Chronicles were a fun and zany series that I think was sometimes a bit too goofy for it's own good, the Recollection trilogy legitimizes RVB as science fiction story telling in high caliber. Funnier than the previous seasons, and with a slick story that takes characters you'd never thought you'd really root for, and practically shout and cry at the screen to see them succeed. And the DVD is pretty nice itself too.
This was a great buy. It came very quickly and was in a pristine condition. All the DVDs work and are in a amazing quality. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for this item because you wont regret it. As for the contents itself its a great watch which i am sure you will in enjoy time after time, and the bonus scenes so a amazing insight into how this was made.The CGI was perfect and look even smoother than when was shown on there website. And finally I suggest to anyone who listens to the "Drunktank" podcast to watch the audio commentary which is very interesting and hilarious.
