Packed so poorly this valuable 100-year-old painting was damaged. The first rule in shipping is to protect the canvas. But this seller used cardboard scraps that were too small. As a result they rubbed against the canvas and scratched off some of the paint. I paid enough for shipping to use a packing service but the seller preferred to do it herself, with disastrous consequences. Next time she should pay for a service instead of trying to pocket the shipping fees!

False allegations. I asked him to revise his feedback, he refused. He called my phones directly and left messages to buy this not on Ebay, and emailed me too. I emailed him and said I do not sell privately when it is listed on Ebay. I have proof of emails and messages from him. He paid $68.00 for shipping and it cost $34.00 to ship and he was refunded $34.00 for overpayment. You can't get large painting packed professionally for $34.00. He didn't want to do that. He didn't want refund.
