The sale seemed fine until 1 of 3 items arrived damaged due to lack of sufficient padding in the box between units and on the side of the units (assuming the seller was not trying to pass off a damaged unit). The seller agreed to the return but did not offer the refund and tried to contest. Ebay found in my favor but was not able to fully refund the amount because the lack of refund from the seller (which seems odd).

This buyer tried to play a fast one, by returning a damaged unit and keeping the unit that was shipped to him. Thank goodness for serial numbers. Ebay did not side in his favor, that is why he was not able to obtain a full refund. I have been selling on ebay for over 20+ years, with an excellent rapport. My packaging skills are mastered after shipping over 32,800+ packages. :)
