What the buyer is failing to explain is that the packs were wrapped in tissue paper and put in a box then double boxed. Looks like the box was damaged by the post office. We did not damage the box or treat it poorly. The USPS has had horrible service that got worse towards Christmas. The buyer never asked us to do anything for them, no communication just a bad comment. We had no chance to ship replacements or anything like that.
