Polite, but very uncooperative. Also making things difficult for the buyer as well as not telling the whole truth about customs declaration and keeping silent about the things we had talked over. Cards also not NM.I can not recommend this seller even though he has mostly good reviews, that should be for buyers from Japan, international sales should be the main problems as he does not inform, help nor cooperate to make things easy for both sides!0 customer service I would rate 0,5 stars.
