The sellers of these do not have any technical knowledge of the mini excavator. They appear to be importers with a Chicago address. I did pick the freight up at the terminal, and it was loaded on my trailer. It was wrapped in plastic, and is brand new. It did not want to crank over, but I pulled the manual start rope, and that freed the engine so electric start works. Cranks a bit, but probably old gas from when it left China. I'm happy with the purchase. It was orange not grey, but that's safer
