My son who is 3 1/2 years old heard "Angus and the Ducks" in daycare and loved it. He pretended he was Angus for weeks so I bought the book. He then enjoyed that so much that I bought "Angus Lost". He liked it also and we generally read them together. It has minimal colour in it but very nice graphics and a simple yet (for a 3 year old) gripping story filled with sounds that he enjoyed like "WOOOF" and so on. It is very short and to the point, but is sweet and my son enjoys it more than I would have guessed. I am planning to look for more Angus books.
Love the Marjorie Flack illustrations and story-line.

This is an old book, but still a great story. Love the pictures. Children still love it. It is very intertaining and shows children how great it is to finally find the way back home. Mary
