So yes, they’re right. It is alittle shorter than your OEM bumper so you’re going to have to modify and screw some screws to hold this in place. But the quality it’s top of the line. Had no problems fitting this on my bumper. And it looks great. Satisfied with the product!

Unfortunately, I've went through 2 of these already in not even a few months. My husband has also went through 2. 4 of these same exact BYS rep lips in not even 6 months. The first one, ripped off in a week. Barely grazed an opossum that ran out in front of me & couldn't avoid. Literally shattered it. I couldn't believe it. Second one, won't stay on for the life of me. Every day I'm fixing it. Finally took it off. It's the way it mounts. All other Spoon/Type r ones are great, & no issues with staying on. But the BYS is my favorite, by far looks the best imo, but not made well,& the tabs easily disconnect. Guess I'm off to purchase yet my 4th lip. Still have my Spoon one. Just don't care for it with the look I'm going for. I've bought rep & real, for some reason, I'm having no luck with ... Unfortunately, I've went through 2 of these already in not even a few months. Looks just as pictured but it showed up all warped so the lip doesn't fit right. I'm gonna have to see if I can make it fit with a heat gun to get it stretch a bit due to being like 2 inches to short. Also has no instructions either.
