Boiled before installing!!!
These were exact fit however the clips broke easily when installing. Company quickly sent replacement's and stood by their product. I boiled the new set and they went on without breaking.

Decent part for the price
They work fine, snap in and fit the factory holes on my E46 330ci. Just make sure to use a jack pad or a piece of wood so that these pads don’t smash under the pressure of the head.

Great once installed. Be sure to boil them in water for like 5 minutes or so and install them immediately. I read they are prone to cracking.
