This INTERNATIONAL buyer sent me a message asking for a partial refund on ALL 4 units purchased from us even though they claimed to only have an issue with 1 unit. When I refused the refund they left us this negative feedback as a punishment. We always do our best to deliver customer excellent customer service but we will not be extorted over fraudulent claims. We are a family owned business and have to fight to defend ourself daily since eBay no longer fights to protect sellers from fraud.
