Stihl chains are the right tool for the job.
The Stihl PS3 chains are solid performers by design. They wear slower, cut better, and weather less than cheap chains. They are not price gouging or letting the quality slide. It is a sound decision to have some brand loyalty and stick with the OEM for chains.

my chainsaw chains have been stretching beyond adjusting limits; now I can take a link out use the chain longer. Also can fix broken chains, seems nobody will do that anymore.

These are great chains
I use this chain on my converted ms250 and it’s a great chain. It’s OEM STIHL chain which is the best. Cuts well, stays sharp, and it lasts as long as good chain should.

makes little saws big heroes Im cutting slow growing hard woods dead and green 50% 50% this chain bits running it on my 009L and MS250 haven't tried on a bigger saw than these but would be tempting
