I have ordered several times and have always been happy. (they would also always include extra treats as a bonus). This last time, I spent $130 and I was supposed to have it just after the middle of August (17th I believe and today is August 25 with no response and product not yet shipped) and here I am still waiting while at the same time not getting responses for why or when they will send. I am currently quite disappointed because my cats are out of these treats and they are pretty hard to find in Hawaii. I don't know what the reason for this is, however, they better get it together fast because they are about to lose a good customer if they don't ship immediately and have a really good excuse for this behavior. Cat loves these treats and I appreciate the "less packaging" now that they are shipped in this container. They used to be wrapped four or so at a time in another plastic so this is probably better. I can also order the whole bundle at once and I like that. Love this company and buy a lot of their products. We use these particular treats to hide medicine when the cat needs it!

I don't know what it is about this pudding-like treat that makes my cats (all 4 of them... how often does everyone go ape over the same thing) come to life and make a mad dash to get some, but they just love Inaba Ciao Churu.
