Mix a 14oz hot cup together with an 8oz chicken boulon cube in place of my morning coffee. Gives me Energy and all the benefits associated with the bone broth as well as a satisfying flavor. Keeps my colon clean, my system regular and I eat well but don't feel bloated. So far so good! Can't wait to see more residual fat melt away and feel the good effects in my joints.
