Seller is good to go, no issues there. Product itself needs better quality control. While the air pump had sufficient power, one outlet was plugged for some reason. I initiated a return but realized I absolutely need water aeration constantly, so I decided against it. Instead, I will be using this as a 1 outlet pump. I recommend Active Aqua air pumps. Also, one of the the air stones broke at the plastic connector but I just glued it back together. Product gets 3/5 stars, seller gets 5/5.
